At MangoScoop.com, every product is made just for you.
Because all our items are print-on-demand (custom-made), we can only offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We accept refund or replacement requests only if:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
The print quality or product type received does not match your order.
To be eligible:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mangoscoop.com
Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Wrong size or color ordered by the customer
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Delay caused by customs or shipping carriers
Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
Each item is custom-printed and cannot be resold, so please check your order carefully before confirming.
3. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
If PayPal is unable to process the refund, we will offer store credit of equal value.
4. Replacements
In cases of damage or defective printing, a free replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
We may request return of the damaged item for inspection before sending a replacement.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your PayPal account or bank statement.
Contact PayPal or your bank for processing delays.
If you still haven’t received it after 10 business days, contact us at support@mangoscoop.com.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement — after that, production begins and cancellation isn’t possible.
