3. Refund & Return Policy
Because each item is custom-printed, we can only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
The print or product quality differs from your order
To qualify:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mangoscoop.com
Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
Approved refunds are processed to your original PayPal payment method within 5โ10 business days.
No refunds are issued for wrong sizes ordered, late deliveries caused by customs, or buyerโs remorse.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.
