3. Refund & Return Policy

Because each item is custom-printed, we can only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The print or product quality differs from your order

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mangoscoop.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

Approved refunds are processed to your original PayPal payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

No refunds are issued for wrong sizes ordered, late deliveries caused by customs, or buyerโ€™s remorse.
